STONE SOUP A day trip to the Stone Barns Center, an 80-acre organic farm, begins with lunch at Blue Hill in Pocantico Hills, N.Y., a restaurant that offers a taste of many local farmers’ fare. Visitors will then have a chance to meet with the Stone Barns staff, learn about homegrown crops, and walk through the fields.
