BITES OF HISTORY Historic Richmond Town presents author James McWilliams for a discussion and signing of his new book, “A Revolution in Eating: How the Quest for Food Shaped America” (Columbia University Press). Visitors can sample homemade bread, apple butter, and Brooklyn Brewery Post Road Pumpkin Ale.
