EPICUREAN EXPO The Greater New York Wine and Food Expo features more than 1,000 wines by 150 domestic and international wineries. Area restaurants provide food samples and the Celebrity Chef Tent showcases chefs such as Tyler Florence and Peter Xavier Kelly. SIX WINE REGIONS Il Buco hosts a six-course dinner paired with wines from French regions including Champagne, Loire, Burgundy,Rhone,and Alsace.The first course features bay scallops with Champagne and crispy pancetta. The event is hosted by Audrey Herd-Smith and was created by sommelier Roberto Paris and chef Ed Witt.
