BIKE FOR A CAUSE The New York chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, which provides support services and educational programs for New Yorkers with the disease, presents the 21st annual MS Bike Tour. The route runs through Manhattan and the (traffic-free) Lincoln Tunnel. Sunday, 6:30 a.m. check-in, starts at South Street Seaport and ends at Chelsea Piers, 212-463-9791, $35 registration through Saturday.
