PUBLISHING CRIME, SOLVED The bookstore Partners & Crime hosts a party to launch its new imprint, Felony & Mayhem Press, which is dedicated to reissuing out of print mystery fiction. The first authors to be published are Reginald Hill, Caroline Graham, and Lynn Hightower. Tonight, 7 p.m., 44 Greenwich Ave., between Sixth and Seventh avenues, 212-243-0440, free.
DETECTIVES IN OZ Hiding in the museum’s Magic Tent, youngsters listen to a mystery story set in Australia, then embark on a treasure hunt to solve the case.
