THOUGHTS ON FUN
Writers and performers present short readings with the theme “Are We Having Fun Yet?” Participants include performer Mike Albo, whose one-man show “My Price Point” was recently staged at P.S. 122; an editor at the New Yorker, Ben Greenman; poet Everton Sylvester; and artist Marie Roberts, who presents a slide show about Coney Island accompanied by young sword-swallower Heather Holiday. An exhibit of the same name, exploring the “uniquely American pathology” of fun, is currently on view at the Rotunda Gallery. Reading: Tomorrow, 7 p.m., 718-875-4047 ext. 11, free, reservations required. Exhibit: Through Saturday, May 7, Tuesday-Friday, noon-5 p.m., Saturday, 11 a.m.-4 p.m., Rotunda Gallery, 33 Clinton St., between Pierrepont Street and Cadman Plaza West, Brooklyn, free.
