ARTISTS SPEAK As part of its Artists Speak series, the Brooklyn Waterfront Artists Coalition presents an afternoon focused on some of the artists whose work is on view at the gallery. Neddi Heller discusses plein-air paintings, Adela Winter talks about her pen-and-ink drawings, and art historian Priscilla Bain-Smith gives a slide presentation of 24 portraits of Queen Elizabeth I.
