POOR BURIALS Arthur Bankoff of Brooklyn College and Amanda Sutphin of the Landmarks Preservation Commission discuss the history and fate of New York City’s former potters’ fields, the burial grounds of poor and unidentified people.The talk is presented by the Museum of the City of New York and the Historic Districts Coun cil.
