WOMEN IN THE ARTS The Culture Project, in association with Planned Parenthood of New York City and the Village Voice, presents “Women Center Stage.” Highlights include a performance inspired by a young Iraqi blogger and a one-woman show written and performed by Lynn Redgrave about her maternal grandmother. The opening party includes dancer Christina Jowers and singer-songwriter Olivia Greer. THE OTHER ARISTOCRATS Marc Blitzstein’s opera “Regina” tells the story of an aristocratic family at the turn of the 20th century that is torn apart by internal wrangling and treachery. Peter Schneider directs, with soprano Lauren Flanigan in the title role.
