Bush Dispatching Rice, Gates to Moscow

WASHINGTON — President Bush will send Secretary of State Rice and Defense Secretary Gates to Moscow on Monday for talks with their Russian counterparts. White House press secretary Dana Perino said yesterday that the two will have discussions on a wide range of bilateral issues, including missile defense, cooperation on nonproliferation, and counter-terrorism. She said that Mr. Bush and the President Putin, discussed the upcoming meeting during a phone call last week.
