Senator Clinton will make a rare joint appearance this morning with her successor as first lady, Laura Bush, but it’s safe to say the event will not feature an endorsement.
While the two have been publicly cordial throughout the Bush administration, Mrs. Clinton has been relentless in criticizing the president as she seeks a return to the White House.
