A Brooklyn man was found dead yesterday after crashing his car into the back of a fire-truck, police officials said.

Joseph Borrometi, 85, sideswiped a Toyota Camry driven by a woman and her 12-year-old son, before slamming into a fire-truck stopped at a red light at intersection of Voorhees Avenue and Knapp Street in the Sheepshead Bay section of Brooklyn, police said.

It was unclear last night if Mr. Borrometi died of natural causes before the accident, or if his death was caused by the collision, police sources said.
