Police are investigating the shooting of a teenager who was shot in the head yesterday across the street from a Brooklyn high school, police officials said.

Police found the victim, who was not identified, across the street from Sheepshead Bay High School on the corner of Coyle Street and Avenue X at about 5 p.m., police said.

The victim, who was still alive but in critical condition, was rushed to Kings County Hospital where examiners determined he had been shot in the head, police said.
