An Upper East Side plastic surgeon had his medical license suspended after results from an investigation released yesterday alleged that he and a patient had sex and smoked crystal methamphetamine.
Investigators with the New York State Department of Health say that Dr. Brad Jacobs, whose offices are at 55 E 86th St., committed 19 separate acts of medical and moral misconduct involving 10 patients.
His lawyer, Michael Kelton, said the allegations were unfounded.
Dr. Jacobs paid more than $100,000 in damages to a former client after being found liable in a 2005 malpractice case.
