A man was sentenced yesterday to 60 days in jail for an act of public lewdness in front of his $3 million West Village townhouse.
Carl Fisher, who according to published reports is the son of a prominent Manhattan theater family and was raised in part by actors Jack Gilford and Zero Mostel, was found guilty of public lewdness stemming from an arrest last May. Witnesses told authorities that Fisher was seen naked in front of his townhouse on Bank Street.
Fisher is currently serving time in Connecticut for violating his probation after getting out of jail for the 1996 assault of a 12-year-old girl who was sleeping at his family’s estate in Redding, Conn. He will serve 60 days in Rikers Island.
