The two women suspected of stealing luxury goods from Manhattan open houses are being linked to a similar crime in an affluent New Jersey town, officials said.

Jennifer Jones, 33, and Jessica Joyner, 39, who are charged with looting four separate Upper East and Upper West Side townhouses being shown by real estate agents, will be extradited on December 6 to Upper Saddle River, N.J., from Manhattan on grand larceny charges, officials said.

For about the past two weeks, investigators in the New Jersey town have been searching for the two suspects in connection to a theft at an open house, the CEO of the Real Source Association of Realtors, which represents realtors in the area, Nancy McKerahan, said.

Upper Saddle River police asked Ms. McKerahan’s association to warn local real estate agents of the duo, who were described as driving a Champagne-colored Jaguar sports car and telling victims that they were sisters, she said.

The 2003 Jaguar XJ8 belongs to Ms. Joyner, who prosecutors also said has a previous narcotics arrest in New Jersey.

Both Ms. Jones, who has brunette hair, and Ms. Joyner, whose hair is blond, pleaded not guilty to charges of grand larceny, criminal possession of stolen property, and attempted grand larceny at their arraignment, held yesterday in Manhattan Criminal Court.

Bail was set at $30,000, their lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, said.

“They’re absolutely terrified. They’re not really accustomed to the spotlight and being on the wrong side of a criminal matter,” Mr. Agnifilo said.

The two are accused of robbing four separate apartments, three on the Upper East Side, during a spree that began in October.

On October 28, the suspects stole more than $9,000 worth of luxury goods, including a Louis Vuitton wallet, a fur coat, and a gold Tiffany bracelet, from an apartment at 180 E. 78th St., according to the complaint filed in Manhattan Criminal Court.
