Police are looking for a man who assaulted a 12-year-old girl on the Upper East Side this month after following her into a residential building.

According to police, the suspect, a male Hispanic in his 30s who weighs about 145 pounds, forced the victim to touch him after cornering her in a building on East 64th Street on July 9.

Police said the suspect fled when he heard a resident approach.
