Governor Eliot Spitzer yesterday named a new Superintendent of the New York State Banking Department. Richard H. Neiman, after a short run as the CEO of TD Bank USA, will take over for superintendent Diana Taylor.
Mr. Neiman said the transition “will move quickly and there will be no gap in the leadership in the banking department.
