Police arrested a suspect who fired at a group of plainclothes narcotics officers yesterday in Brooklyn, police officials said.

The suspect and two other individuals fled into 1360 Herkimer St. in the Bedford-Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn after they were approached by a group of plainclothes officers at about 6:20 p.m., police said. Once inside the building, the suspect fired one round at the officers, but the officers did not return fire, police said. The three suspects were all arrested, and a .38-caliber handgun was recovered at the scene, police said.
