Police arrested two suspects in the late-night shooting death of a bartender in the Bronx, police officials said.

Frank Conte, 26, and David Romero, 26, were arrested for shooting Raymond Barnett at the Bronx Cocktail bar in the Pelham Bay section of the Bronx on September 28th, police said. The suspects had shot Barnett after he refused to serve them drinks after 4 a.m., which by law is the cut-off time to serve alcohol in New York.

The suspects are both being charged with second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon, police said.
