‘Ban on Cell Phones in Restaurants Is Reconsidered by Councilman’

With respect to the Councilman’s proposal to ban cell phones in restaurants, I think the public would be better served by keeping the cell phones in use, and banning city councilmen from restaurants [New York, “Ban on Cell Phones in Restaurants Is Reconsidered by Councilman,” October 23, 2006].
