AMERICAN BEAUTY Jeffrey Reed’s delicate landscape paintings are on display in Chelsea. “There is nothing more exciting than a changing sky,” Mr. Reed has said. The gallery is also displaying Michael David’s monochrome still life paintings. SIGNS OF CHANGE The British Consulate-General and other sponsors present the new photography show “NorthSouthEastWest,” which focuses on climate change and its effects. The work of photographers, including Alex Webb, Chris Steele-Perkins, and Bruce Gilden, capturing scenes from around the world, are on display. The show opened in London in March, and by the end of this year, it will have visited cities in more than 60 countries.
