BROOKLYN BENEFIT
The nonprofit Institute for Community Living presents its annual gala. The honorees are the commissioner of the New York State Office of Mental Health, Sharon Carpinello, and the senior vice president of HSBC Bank, Peter Dawson.The organization provides help with housing and health care to more than 5,000 people with mental illnesses.
