CELEBRATING CHEFS The executive chef at Union Square Cafe, Michael Romano, is the guest of honor at the James Beard Foundation’s annual Chefs & Champagne summer dinner. More than 30 chefs contribute tastings,including Rebecca Charles of Pearl Oyster Bar, Kerry Heffernan of Eleven Madison Park, and Scott Linquist of Dos Caminos.
