POSH SPICE Lighthouse International’s annual POSH Sale offers new, gently used, and vintage clothes by Ferragamo, Chanel, Prada, Oscar de la Renta, and other designers.The organization, which works with visually impaired people, is celebrating its centennial. A benefit preview includes a reception and early shopping. Preview: Tomorrow, 5-9 p.m., 5 p.m. arrival $225, 6 p.m. arrival, $125. ART IN ADVANCE Proceeds from the gala preview for the International Fine Art Fair benefit the Frick Collection’s special exhibitions program. Supporters enjoy a sneak peek at the fair’s European and American art from the Renaissance to the 1960s.
