POP POSTMORTEM A writer for Spin magazine, Chuck Klosterman, reads from and signs his latest pop-culture riff, “Killing Yourself to Live” (Scribner). It’s structured around his cross-country tour of rock-‘n’-roll death sites, including Kurt Cobain’s Seattle neighborhood and the Iowa field where Buddy Holly’s plane crashed.
