BOY WONDER The producer and co-director of the new documentary “Murderball,” Dana Adam Shapiro, reads from his debut novel, “The Every Boy” (Houghton Mifflin). It follows the sudden death of a 15-year-old and his father’s attempt to discover the truth by poring over his imaginative and disturbing diaries.
