SKETCH SERIES The Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre says that its Sketchfest NYC is the first-ever national sketch comedy festival to take place in the city. Nineteen troupes, from Portland to Chicago to New York City, will converge for three long evening programs, divided into hour-long segments. Tonight through Saturday, tonight and tomorrow, 7 p.m.-1 a.m., Saturday, 6 p.m.-1 a.m., Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre, 307 W. 26th St. at Eighth Avenue, 212-366-9176, $10 each performance, $50 day pass for tonight or tomorrow, $60 day pass for Saturday, $150 festival pass.
