THREE DECADES OF DANCE In honor of its 30th anniversary season, the international contemporary dance company Jennifer Muller/The Works performs a few of its classic pieces, including “Bounce,” “The Spotted Owl,” and “Speeds.” Today, 12:30 p.m., Union Square Park, central lawn, 212-460-1208, free.
SPANISH DANCE The New York Center for Flamenco Performing Arts offers an introductory workshop to flamenco dance. Participants learn the basics of body position, arm movements, and heelwork. No dance experience is needed.
