TIDE IS TURNING Go Fish: Arm-of-the-Sea Theatre presents “At the Turning of the Tide,” which uses giant puppets to tell the history of the Hudson River. Earlier, there’s bird-watching (10:30 a.m.-noon), catch-and-release fishing (10 a.m.-2 p.m.), and bike-fixing lessons (10 a.m.-noon). Binoculars, field guides, fishing rods, bait, and tools are provided. Saturday, 12:30 performance, Robert F. Wagner, Jr. Park, Battery Park City off Battery Place, 212-267-9700, free.
