WILDER’S APARTMENT The Museum of the Moving Image presents “Some Like it Wilder: The Complete Billy Wilder,” a complete retrospective of the director’s works. This weekend’s highlight is a restored digital print of “The Apartment” (1960) (Saturday, 4 p.m., Sunday, 4:30 p.m.). Series runs through Sunday, November 13, Saturday and Sunday, times vary, Museum of the Moving Image, 35th Avenue at 36th Street, Astoria, Queens, 718-784-0077, $10 general, $7.50 students and seniors, $5 children ages 5-18, free for children under five. UNDERWATER CREATURES The director of the 1995 cult favorite film “Kicking and Screaming,” Noah Baumbach, sits down for a conversation about his new feature, “The Squid and the Whale.” The movie follows two boys in Brooklyn experiencing their parents’ painful divorce. The event is part of the New York Film Festival. Sunday, 7 p.m., Lincoln Center, Kaplan Penthouse, 65th Street and Amsterdam Avenue, 212-875-5766, $20.
