JEWISH FILMS The 15th annual New York Jewish Film Festival, a collaboration between the Jewish Museum and the Film Society of Lincoln Center, kicks off tomorrow. Selections include films from Australia, France, Germany, Israel, Mexico, Russia, and beyond. Above is a still from Dominic Harari and Teresa de Pelegri’s “Only Human,” a Spanish screwball comedy that will make its New York premiere (Saturday, 9:15 p.m., Sunday, 5:45 p.m., Tuesday, January 17, 8:30 p.m.). At right is Erik Greenberg Anjou’s “A Cantor’s Tale,” which examines the legacy of charismatic cantor Jack Mendelson. Klezmatics composer Frank London provides an original score for the film, which has its New York premiere at the festival (Monday, 6 p.m., Tuesday, January 17, 1 p.m.).
