FUN WITH FUNGUS
Gary Lincoff, the author of “The Audubon Guide to North American Mushrooms” (Knopf), and Amy Farges, author of “The Mushroom Lover’s Cookbook and Primer” (Workman), talk about the history of mushrooms the world over.
