CHINATOWN CHEWS A walking tour explores Chinatown’s culinary history, with stops at some present-day restaurants for treats. STIR, SNIFF, SWALLOW The NYC Wine Company presents Wine 101, an introductory class designed to build an appreciation for the taste and variety of wines. Students sample a dozen wines and artisan cheeses while discussing wine regions around the world and the process of winemaking.
