CULTURE AND QUAFFS Each installment of the five-session Culture and Wine course at the Museum of Natural History meets in a different hall of the museum. The interim director of the Stony Brook University Center for Wine, Food, and Culture, Louisa Thomas Hargrave, conducts the tastings.
