SIX WINE REGIONS Il Buco hosts a sixcourse dinner paired with wines from French regions including Champagne, Loire, Burgundy, Rhone, and Alsace. The first course features bay scallops with Champagne and crispy pancetta. The event is hosted by Audrey Herd-Smith and was created by sommelier Roberto Paris and chef Ed Witt . PROST! Etrusca celebrates Oktoberfest with a four-course dinner of traditional German dishes and select wine pairings. PINOT NOIR Chef John Philip Greco III hosts “The Mystery of Pinot Noir,” a six-course meal and wine tasting featuring a main course of either undercurrent golden trout or gaslight smoked rack of elk.The event benefits God’s Love We Deliver, an organization that feeds people living with AIDS, cancer, and other serious illnesses.
