PB & YAY The proprietor of the Greenwich Village cafe Peanut Butter & Co., Lee Zalben, discusses and signs his new book, “The Peanut Butter & Co. Cookbook” (Quirk Publishing). The book includes recipes for desserts, sandwiches including a peanut butter BLT, peanut-sauced pad thai, and beyond.
