FOLLOW YOUR NOSE The Brooklyn Botanic Garden presents the Scent-sational Garden Stroll, a trail that celebrates fragrant plant varieties. Visitors follow a map of the park, stopping at the Herb Garden for lemongrass and tree basil, the Fragrance Garden for heliotrope and lavender, and the Children’s Garden for mint and chives. Through Sunday, September 4, Tuesday-Sunday, 10 a.m.-5:30 p.m., Brooklyn Botanic Garden, 1000 Washington Ave., between Eastern Parkway and Empire Boulevard, Brooklyn, 718-623-7200, $5 general, $3 seniors and students, free for children, free for all on Saturdays from 10 a.m.-noon and all day Tuesdays.
