WINTER WONDERLAND The Lincoln Square Business Improvement District hosts its annual Winter’s Eve festival. Highlights include live music, jugglers, stiltwalkers, shopping, and outdoor food tastings. Restaurants including Siam Inn, Cafe Fiorello, and Sushi a-gogo offer dishes, soups, desserts, and drinks for free or less than $3. Monday, 6-9:30 p.m., sidewalks along Broadway from the Time Warner Center to 68th Street, 212-581-7762, free.
