LINGUA FRANCA The French singer-songwriter Keren Ann recorded her latest album,”Nolita,” in Paris and New York. Accordingly, it includes songs in French (“Midi dans le salon de la Duchesse”) and English (“Roses and Hips”). She performs in Brooklyn tonight, with opener Syd Matters. CARNEGIE BRANCHES OUT Classical guitarist Eliot Fisk performs a series of four concerts, including one in a Lower East Side rock club and another in a Queens church.
