GARDEN STRINGS A harp concert by Oksana Tarasova is part of a weekly summer series of concerts held in the Mount Vernon Hotel Museum’s 18th-century landscaped garden. The series, which includes a wine and cheese reception, continues every Tuesday through the end of July. Tomorrow, 6-9 p.m., Mount Vernon Hotel Museum, 421 E. 61st St., between York and First avenues, 212-838-6878, $15 general, $7 children under 12, free for members and children under 4.
SAX MAN Alto-soprano saxophonist Kenny Garrett performs with his quartet on the Oval Lawn at Madison Square Park.Mr. Garrett has collaborated with a variety of musicians, including the rapper Guru and the players at the New Jersey Symphony.
