INDIE-ROCK ALERT Siren Festival is the annual all-day music festival that draws hipsters to Coney Island like, well, a siren. CITY COMPOSERS The Brooklyn Philharmonic presents a program of works by Dvorak, Tchaikovsky, Offenbach, and Gershwin, all composers who influenced or were influenced by music in New York.
