THE CONFLICT DIAMOND The Camera Club of New York presents photographer Antonin Kratochvil, who gives a lecture about “Bloody Diamonds: Sierra Leone,” his commissioned assignment for Fortune magazine. Featured guests include a photojournalist and picture editor at the magazine, Scott Thode. Friday, 7 p.m., School of Visual Arts, Amphitheater, 209 E. 23rd St., between Second and Third avenues, $10 general, $5 students, free for SVA students and Camera Club members.
