NIGHT ASTRONOMY The Starry Night Sail aboard the historic schooner Pioneer offers the chance to watch a full moon rise over the harbor and observe Venus and Jupiter in the night sky. Tonight, 9:30-11:30 p.m., Pier 16, 16 Water St., between Moore and Broad streets, 212-748-8786, $50. Note: Attendees must arrive 30 minutes before departure.
