HOUSING FOR THE HOMELESS The Municipal Art Society hosts a panel discussion on First Step housing, lodging houses that offer clean and affordable short-term homes for homeless and transient individuals. Panelists include Michael Bell of Columbia University, Rosanne Haggerty of Common Ground Community, and Rosalie Genevro of the Architectural League of New York.
