BROOKLYN PLAN A panel of local planners and stakeholders discusses the community-based development plan for the Atlantic Yards site in Brooklyn, an alternative to the proposed sports arena. Panelists include Daniel Goldstein of Develop Don’t Destroy Brooklyn and Mafruza Khan of the Pratt Center for Community Development. MCCALL’S ART Artist Anthony McCall and art historian Branden Joseph discuss Mr. McCall’s four-decade career as an artist. Mr. McCall’s video installation “You and I, Horizontal” is also on display.
