SPANISH STEPS A walking tour of Spanish Harlem includes stops at the childhood homes of Burt Lancaster and Tito Puente, the spot where Mayor La Guardia held his first election-eve rally, the site of the first “mambo wars,” the Graffiti Hall of Fame, and other historic spots.The tour, which is presented by the New York Open Center, ends with lunch at a traditional Latino restaurant. Saturday, 10 a.m.-1 p.m., meet at 96th Street and Lexington Avenue, 212-219-2527, $30 general, $24 members.
