KOSOVSKA MITROVICA, Kosovo — An explosion rocked a U.N. courthouse in the Serb-controlled north of Kosovo, causing slight damage but no injuries hours after majority ethnic Albanians proclaimed the province’s independence.
The blast, apparently caused by a hand grenade, damaged a concrete wall on the house. Another unexploded hand grenade was discovered across the building, witnesses at the scene said.
