President Clinton is offering to privately answer questions for the chairman and ranking member of the House Oversight Committee in an apparent attempt to avoid contempt of Congress charges against the former commander-in-chief. Mr. Clinton and his wife, Hillary Clinton, have refused to testify before the panel after being subpoenaed in the Jeffrey Epstein probe.
