House Republicans and Democrats are set to have an ugly sparring match this week over funding for the Department of Homeland Security after Senate Democrats struck a deal with the White House to temporarily keep the department open. House Democrats, led by Congressman Hakeem Jeffries, are insisting that reforms at ICE and Border Patrol be made immediately — not several weeks from now.
